Reverse Logistics is a key component in striving to achieve our goal of Zero Waste to Landfill.
We have incorporated the collection of a range of waste streams from restaurants into our delivery process returning these to our facilities via reverse logistics for onward recycling into biofuel, recycled paper products and energy. These value-added services reduce both our own and our customers’ impact on the environment as well as driving efficiencies and reducing delivery costs.
