I have had so many opportunities to grow my career since I joined MB. Each project we work on makes a real-life impact – like safety improvements for our team members or reliability improvements for our customers. I love getting the chance to lead multiple projects within our DC and I consider each one an opportunity to improve my skills, and further my professional experience.
The culture here is based around hard work and safety. Everyone has a job they are expected to do but doing that job safely is our top priority here at Martin Brower.
I have worked for companies – large and small – both publicly traded, and family owned. The one thing that is so special about Martin Brower is that we are a large company that maintains a family culture. I have always felt comfortable calling any leadership team member.
