Scaling for the Future
This isn't just a move—it’s a transformation. By tripling our square footage, we are engineered for maximum efficiency to support McDonald’s restaurants across Western Canada. Key features include:
Increased Capacity: Over three times more pallet positions and double the number of loading docks.
Prime Location: Direct access to Highway 99 and major shipping routes for optimized freight and logistics.
Sustainability: Charging stations to expand our fleet of electric vehicles, CO2 refrigeration system and solar-ready roof to reduce environmental impact.

The facility is designed for safety, comfort, and flexibility, featuring:
Operational Efficiency: A spacious layout and modern material handling equipment (MHE) to streamline daily tasks.
Premium Amenities: Dedicated training and wellness rooms, large windows for natural light, plus a bigger lunchroom with an outdoor gathering area.
Sustainable Commuting: Expanded onsite parking, equipped with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
We are building more than just a distribution centre; we are building a foundation for our collective success with our customer.
