At Martin Brower, food safety and quality aren’t just priorities—they’re promises. Our annual Global Food Safety & Quality Week (FSQ) is a celebration of our shared commitment to protecting the brands we serve and the communities we nourish.
Over the past year, our global Quality Teams have worked to assess and enhance our FSQ culture using the Culture Excellence framework. With over 5,000 team members participating, we’ve gained powerful insights across four key areas:
People: Empowerment, training, communication, and recognition
Process: Systems, documentation, consistency
Purpose: Values, mission, alignment
Proactivity: Innovation, responsiveness, continuous improvement
While we’re exceeding industry norms in all areas, the assessment revealed opportunities to continue to strengthen our People First culture. We asked the team why FSQ is so important to them, see what they had to say.
Voices from the Team
This year’s FSQ Week focuses on empowering every team member to raise concerns, make decisions, and support one another in delivering safe, high-quality food. From immersive digital training to global best practice sharing, we’re building a culture where every voice matters and every action counts.
Together, we’re not just meeting standards—we’re setting them.
